Match Play Championship

Event:

Match Play Championship returns to Deerfield Golf Club. 

This great event will allows golfers to schedule their own matches and play over several weeks. 

The length of the tournament will depend on the number of entries.

Entry Deadline:

 Is May 30 with first round matched begining as early as June 5th.

Entry Fee:

Entry is $25 per person. 

Players will pay appropriate greens and / or cart fees when they play their matches.

Results:

Congratulations 2010 Match Play Champion Pat Healy who defeted Mike Bretag 1 up.  Mike held a 3 up advantage with 4 to play and Pat birdied the last four hole to take home the Championhsip.

Congratulations 2009 Match Play Champion Tom Boettcher who defeted David Borun in a dramitic fashion.  Both players Eagled the 18th hole to half the hole and the match.  It took Tom two addtional holes and beat David 1 up in 20 holes.  Great rounds.
