2024 WEEKEND PERMANENT TEE-TIMES

During the 2024 regular golf season, there are times available each Saturday and Sunday for permanent tee time groups starting at 5:50 a.m. until 8:50 a.m. Regularly scheduled Permanent Starting Times begin on April 20 and 21 and end September 28 and 29, 2024 (24 weeks).

For existing 2023 Permanent tee time members, applications for the 2023 season and a $80/100 R/NR per person per day starting time application fee must be submitted to the golf course PRIOR to by December 3 at 5 p.m. Applications are being accepted during regular business hours at the golf course, or application can be sent via email to jason@dfpd.org with payment being made online at deerfieldgolf.org.

There will be a Saturday, 2023 virtual lottery draw on December 5 at approximately 6:45 p.m. followed by a draw at 7:10 pm for Sunday, 2023 groups. The December 5 night’s virtual lottery draw is only for existing 2023 tee-time groups, any new groups wishing to procure a permanent tee-time spot on either Saturday or Sunday will be contacted for a 2nd virtual draw on a TBD date in December.  Following the first lotteries all available times are posted on the Deerfield Golf Club website.

**Requirements for All 2024 Permanent Tee-time Holders**

Either a 7 Day Limited Seasonal Pass or 20-Round Weekend Round Pass must be purchased by every member of a permanent tee-time group. Passes must be registered for purchase by December 3, 2023.  Payments for every pass can be deferred to a January 15 (50%) and March 15, 2023 (50%) purchase program.

Please be aware in 2024 any No Shows not falling into the below noted Exceptions will be charged after their 1^st No Show of the season. No Show fees are detailed below.  

Weekly Cart Fees as low as $18.00 per person (with a 20 round Cart Pass).

 

2024 WEEKEND PERMANENT TEE-TIME RULES

Effective for Saturday and Sunday permanent tee-time groups starting from 5:50 a.m. until 8:50 a.m.

Permanent Groups Pace of Play Requirements:

Our weekend Permanent Pace of Play program is rigidly enforced for everyone’s benefit and enjoyment. Players teeing off prior to 7:09 a.m. must complete their rounds in 3 hours, 59 minutes or less.  Groups teeing off before 8:21 a.m. have 4 hours and 10 minutes to complete 18 holes. Groups teeing off after 8:21a.m. have 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete 18 holes.

All Groups will periodically be placed “on the clock”.  If any group fails to comply with the above noted time requirements, they will be given a “1^st Pace Strike”.  The week following a groups “2^nd Pace Strike” the entire group will be informed of a Penalty that will result in a (1) time movement to behind the final Permanent Tee-Time group of their Saturday or Sunday play day.  Each Additional “Pace Strike” will result in a 2-week Penalty movement behind the final group.

Tee Time Cancellation Policy: Please keep in mind that the use of substitute players is encouraged.

If unable to play, individuals and /or groups are required to cancel their tee times by the close of business two days prior to their Saturday or Sunday Tee-time. (Saturday times need to cancel by Pro Shop close on Thursday & Sunday times by close of business on Friday) There is no penalty for cancellations. If a player or group fails to cancel their individual tee time by the above noted timelines and does not play, they will be considered a “No Show” and will be notified via  email.  Any player that has a 2^nd “No Show” will incur a charge for a “No Show Fee”.  7 Day Limited Seasonal Resident pass-holders will incur a $48 charge on their credit card on file.  Non-residents with the 7 Day Limited pass will incur a $56 charge on their card. 20 Round pass holders will have one round deducted for a 2^nd “No Show” penalty.

All “No Show Fees” are considered a cash sale.

Exceptions to the “No Show Penalty / Fee” are as follows:

• When weather conditions warrant “Cart Path Only.”
• When there has been a frost or lightning delay in the morning.
• When there has been 3/10 of an inch precipitation overnight measured at the club in the morning or if the temperature is below 50 degrees.
• Special (emergencies, auto accident, etc.) at the discretion of the Director of Golf Operations
